CPP invites you to attend one of our upcoming workshops "Career Development Using the Myers-Briggs® Assessment." The 5 1/2-hour workshop provides beginners, as well as seasoned MBTI users, with innovative techniques and vital insights to take full advantage of the unique instrument in their career counseling center and practice. Topics will include:

• Basic MBTI® theory and interpretation
• Strategies for verifying type
• Career identification and major selection
• Linking the revised MBTI® Career Report to O*NET™
• Placement of the MBTI tool into the career development process

The workshops are facilitated by either:

• Judith Grutter, M.S., NCC, MCC, and a trainer and career development program consultant with over 30 years experience. A recipient of the CCDA Lifetime Achievement and Practitioner of the Year awards and co-author of many CPP products, Ms. Grutter is one of the foremost experts in the field. (JG)

• Catherine Rains, M.S., CPP Education Consultant, a former director of university career services, and an assessment trainer with 20 years experience in career counseling and program development. (CR)
