CPP CO-PRESIDENT JEFF HAYES TO GIVE AMA WEBCAST AUDIENCE THE INSIDE SCOOP ON PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

Insight Into the Value of Assessments from 20 Year Industry Veteran

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., March 28, 2007 – CPP, Inc. (www.cpp.com), an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) instrument, announced that its co-president Jeff Hayes will be a guest speaker for the American Management Association (AMA) Webcast Who Are You? Assessment Instruments and What They Can Tell You. Hayes will share insights from his 20 years in the organizational development industry and discuss the increasing popularity of assessments such as the Myers-Briggs® instrument for building leadership competencies, increasing employee engagement and retention, enhancing team productivity, and improving the bottom line.

“By understanding your personality type preferences, you’ll gain powerful insight into more effective and persuasive communication techniques, better decision making, and improved conflict management skills,” said Hayes. “For organizations, assessments provide objective insight into the workforce that can lead to more productive teams, superior succession planning, and better career decisions based on interests.”

Designed for training directors, HR practitioners, managers, OD consultants, coaches, sales directors, and other workforce development professionals, the Webcast will air on Wednesday, April 4, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific).

The Webcast will also feature guest speaker Robert Weigand, director of management training and development at St. Luke’s Hospital & Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Weigand has published several articles with his colleague Dick Wagner, and together they authored Measuring Results of MBTI® Type Training: ROI in Action, published by CPP, Inc. Weigand is also an adjunct college professor and teaches organizational, abnormal, developmental, and introductory psychology.
