CPP, INC., APPOINTS DOREEN T. MIRI AS NEW REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT

20-Year Seasoned Sales Executive to Drive Sales in Eastern U.S.

 
 

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., March 6, 2008—CPP, Inc., an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, today announced the addition of seasoned sales executive Doreen T. Miri as the lead sales consultant for the U.S. Eastern Region.

“Doreen Miri’s 20 year track record of successful sales and proven leadership made her an excellent candidate for this position,” said Dennis Diligent, VP Sales and Professional Services. “With her expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service, she’s going to be a key to success in achieving CPP’s goals for growth.”

Miri will join the Sales Division as a Regional Consultant for the Eastern Region, consisting of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She will use her expertise and experience to formulate and implement sales strategies for the company. As an experienced trainer in customer retention and engagement strategies, Doreen will work to effect immediate and sustained growth.

“I am very eager to begin using my extensive experience in sales as well as my passion for human development, and my entrepreneurial spirit to help CPP exceed its 2008 sales quotas,” said Miri. “The value in CPP’s superior products, expert consulting, training practices, and solid customer satisfaction are the core of the company. Miri has held various sales positions with premier pharmaceutical and healthcare industry firms such as U.S. Healthcare, Hoffman-LaRoche, Dura Bio-Pharmaceuticals, and Elan Pharmaceuticals. During her time with Elan, Miri was awarded the Elan President’s Cup and a Ring award for sales performance, and was ranked #1 in her region and #2 nationally. At Hoffman-LaRoche, Miri earned the Special Achievement award 5 years running, placing her in the top 10% of sales representatives in the entire organization. Miri has extensive experience starting and growing new business and strategic accounts, conducting sales and field training, and delivering customer service and sales skills training.

Most recently, Miri was Principal of Jaguar Group, LLC, a Princeton, N. J. based full- service consulting company. “I am so pleased to be representing CPP and its line of gold standard assessment tools and professional services, and I look forward to providing true assessment based workforce development solutions to our clients.”

Miri holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with an Industrial/Corporate concentration from Rider University. She will receive her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling in May 2008 from The College of New Jersey.
