Vin Swasey is an industrial/organizational psychologist and management consultant who provides training, counseling, and coaching for leadership, management, and personnel development. He is accomplished at psychological assessment feedback, effective briefing and training communications, and program leadership.
As a former consultant for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Vin is skilled at customizing and delivering programs that produce results. He ensures high quality content and instruction, and provides organizational and management effectiveness diagnosis. He is currently a member of the Board of Visitors for the U. S. Army’s University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies, and reviews select programs for curriculum quality, instructor delivery, and student performance. With extensive industry experience in government, Mr. Swasey works with various organizations such as the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense and holds Top Secret Clearance status.
Vin has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. He has also completed the Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Cambridge, MA.
