Loretta Symons is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching. For over 10 years, Loretta has been working with employees at Fortune 500 companies and Non-Profit organizations on professional growth and development, enabling them to develop along their natural path. Her clients gain valuable insights about their belief systems, decision making processes, and interpersonal skills.
With industry experience in financial services, health care, insurance, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing, Loretta has done exciting work applying personality and behavioral style awareness to leadership and team development, using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®).
Loretta serves as adjunct faculty with the University of Hartford, teaching Group Dynamics and Leadership and Management classes in the MBA program, and Building Leadership Skills and Succession Planning for regional non-profit organizations through the CT Community Providers Association. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior.
