Robert W. McAlpine is a multi-dimensional instructor, facilitator, and trainer of learning, decision making, and leadership development. He is skilled at integrating personality type with team analysis, communications, and problem solving. With industry experience in government, healthcare, and telecommunications, Rob has led organizations in their use of personality tools and has integrated multiple strategies in training delivery to enhance learning.
Mr. McAlpine is licensed to conduct training programs used to qualify and certify individuals to administer and use the MBTI® and FIRO-B® instruments. As an expert in the application of personality type theory, Rob has co-authored Introduction to Type and the 8 Jungian Functions and is the author of Applying Type in Critical Problem Solving. He holds an MA in Management from Webster University and a BS in Aviation Management and a BA in Business Management from St Martin’s College.
