Nancy J. Barger is an accomplished consultant, trainer, and writer providing consulting services and training programs for organizations, leaders, managers, and employees in the areas of organizational change, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
As a certified international trainer in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and organizational applications of the MBTI®, Nancy leads programs in the U.S., England, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe to qualify people on the use of the MBTI. Nancy’s deep experience with the instrument uniquely positions her as an authority on using the MBTI to facilitate organizational change, to develop leadership, and to work across cultures. Her industry experience includes high-tech, government, marketing communications, and consulting.
In 2007, Nancy coauthored the CPP MBTI® Qualifications Program with David Freeman and Linda Kirby. With additional publications such as Type & Change MBTI® Leader’s Guide and Type & Change MBTI® Participant’s Guide (1997), Nancy always strives to motivate and support the developmental and change processes. Nancy holds an M.A. in Human Development Counseling from University of Denver, 1977 and a B.S. in Special Education from the University of Illinois, 1962.

Linda Kirby is an accomplished consultant, trainer, and writer providing consulting services and training programs for organizations, leaders, managers, and employees in the areas of organizational change, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
As a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner, Linda applies the MBTI® instrument nationally and internationally with her consulting services and publications. She facilitates several training workshops such as Enhancing Leadership with the MBTI® instrument and MBTI® Type and Change (private clients and train-the-trainer workshops).
In 2007, Linda coauthored the CPP MBTI® Qualifications Program with David Freeman and Nancy Barger. Linda has also written and edited a number of books and chapters, including Introduction to Type® (1998), Introduction to Type® Dynamics and Development (1994), and Type and Change MBTI® Leader’s Guide & Type and Change MBTI® Participant Guide, (1997).
Linda holds a Ph.D. in American Intellectual History from the University of Colorado, 1974 and an M.A. in American History and Literature from the University of Colorado, 1969

Maryanne Koschier is a leadership and development consultant experienced in cultivating and managing start-up development functions. With executive coaching expertise, Maryanne has coached new managers and high potential executives, assessed and delivered team building, designed and delivered a wide range of executive programs, and facilitated strategic retreats.
With industry experience in technology, biotechnology, hospitality, government, advertising, and healthcare, Maryanne has an excellent track record in consulting with business heads on human capital strategies. By collaborating on strategic leadership initiatives, she identifies current and future leadership skills, as well as, builds development activities for managers.
Maryanne has completed Doctoral Studies in Psychology from Union Graduate School in Cincinnati, Ohio. She holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and a BA in English (Cum Laude) from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.

Jo Ruona is a consultant and facilitator, leading organizational development, corporate training, and human resources programs. She is skilled at developing customized, comprehensive programs, which include competency-based leadership development, succession planning, team building, and change management resulting in improved employee, team, and organizational effectiveness.
As a certified facilitator, Jo has created employee engagement and positive change by utilizing appreciative inquiry, creative planning, and group process facilitation. Her main focus is preparing managers and supervisors for catalyst leadership roles and coaching potential leaders in their individual growth and development.
Jo has been recognized for using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® to create a work culture that appreciates differences and encourages innovation. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Recreation from Central Missouri State University and has completed postgraduate courses from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Business.
