Robert Devine is a Senior Consultant who brings broad educational, organizational, and management experience to his work in helping individuals and organizations improve their effectiveness and productivity.  He focuses specifically on management effectiveness training, team-building, career evaluation and management, and executive selection, as well as train-the-trainer sessions in all of these areas.  With experience in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, publishing, and education, Rob is accomplished at leading and facilitating the action-planning process for performance improvement. 

Most recently, in the performance improvement realm, he has focused on the development of paper-and-pencil and computer-delivered assessment materials and programs that are used extensively throughout the world.  Some of these materials include participant tests, computer/web delivered reports, and facilitation guides that enable human resources professionals and management development experts to help individuals, teams, and companies to improve communication, interpersonal contacts, and leadership skills.

Robert holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, a B.A. in Education and a Teacher Certification from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a B.A. in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Patrick Kerwin specializes in career and organizational development consulting, workshop design and delivery, and individual career counseling – all with the goal of helping individuals, teams, and organizations create awareness, effectiveness, and satisfaction in the workplace.  As a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Certified Professional, Patrick delivers MBTI® Qualifying Programs and MBTI applications workshops throughout the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.  He works with corporate, educational, and non-profit organizations to successfully execute team-building, strategic planning, and communication programs using the MBTI instrument that deliver measurable results.  In addition, he trains career development professionals on the use of the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory® instruments. 

His expertise also includes being a National Certified Counselor, a Master Career Counselor, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego, where he teaches graduate counseling courses in the Masters of Counseling program.   

Patrick is the founder and Former President of the San Diego chapter of the Association for Psychological Type (APT), a former President of the California Career Development Association, and currently serves on the Training Committee for APT.  He holds an MBA and Career Counseling Specialist Graduate Certificate from California State University, Long Beach.

Ruben Rodriguez is a leadership and team development consultant delivering business-driven consulting solutions for leader and team impact.  His expertise includes instructional design, stand-up training, program development, meeting design/facilitation, and integral coaching.  Among his many accomplishments, Ruben has developed and delivered change and transition management workshops and team kickoff workshops to motivate and drive team development during organizational restructuring and team expansion.

With senior level experience in high-tech and bio-tech industries, Ruben has coached many leaders in direction setting, performance management, and team leadership.  He has also developed valuable content on topics such as management fundamentals, transition management, team performance, and cultural diversity/inclusion to complement his consulting services.

Ruben holds an MS in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
