Patrick also conducts the MBTI® Certification Program, and is the author of the just-released online edition of the Kerwin Values Survey® career values assessment.

She has 20 years of experience creating HR and development solutions that align with business strategy and achieve results in a variety of industries (healthcare, aerospace, defense, mining, energy, telecommunications) at global and Fortune 500 companies. Saundra has published over a dozen works and contributed the chapter “Career Development to Engage and Retain High Potential Emerging Leaders” to Integrated Talent Management Scorecards, released in September 2013 by ASTD Press. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and several professional certifications, including for CPP tools such as the MBTI®, Strong, and TKI assessments.
