1. First, find the products you want. Begin shopping by doing one of the following:
- Browse our Products page.
- Select a Brand (e.g. Myers-Briggs) or Your Needs from the navigation menu or scroll through the Your Needs tabs (e.g. Leadership & Coaching) within the dynamic module on the homepage.
- Type a keyword into the Search tool in the right navigation bar.
2. Select products for purchase
- Click the Add To Cart button to select products for purchase.
- When you’ve finished making your selections, begin the easy Checkout process described below.
3. Complete the certification form
- We uphold the guidelines established by the American Psychological Association, so some of our products require certification. To purchase these products, please complete our Purchase Eligibility Form and fax it to Customer Relations at 650-969-8608. You may not be able to complete your order until your certification level has been verified.
4. Choose a shipping option
- Orders will ship within 2 business days. Actual delivery times will vary based on shipping option selected.
5. Indicate your method of payment
- Provide current address and credit card information.
6. Verify your order
- Confirm your order, shipping, and payment information is correct and place your order.
